What is your cancellation policy?
As a courtesy, we have a strict 24-hour cancellation notice. If you must cancel your session, please give us at least 24-hour notice prior to your appointment time to avoid a late cancellation fee. We will charge a 50% service fee for late notice cancellations and no-shows. If the affected service is part of a discounted series or promotion, then the service will be forfeited if the appointment is not rescheduled 24 hours prior to your appointment time. All cancellations must be made and confirmed via telephone only. Appointment cancellations and changes through text or email are not accepted.
What if I am late to my appointment?
We ask that our clients arrive promptly for their appointments to ensure that our technicians have sufficient time to ensure quality results. If you are late, we will do our very best to accommodate you, however, if you are more than 10 minutes late to your session, time may not permit for us to honor a complete service.You may be asked to reschedule if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment. When we are scheduled back-to-back, in consideration to our next client, we will not be able to extend your session beyond your reserved time.
No-Shows / Last-Minute Cancellations?
If you do not show-up for your appointment or frequently cancel with short notice, I reserve the right to cancel any pre-booked appointments and deny future service. To ensure that you receive unparalleled service, I ask that you please arrive on time.
What if I just want a refill?
We do not perform refill services on work that was not done at The Lash Studio – No Exceptions. If you currently got your lash extensions done from another studio, you must get them removed before receiving your first new set with us. This is to avoid the risk of mixing different adhesives and materials from work done in other salons.
How much should I tip my stylists?
Gratuities are, of course, always sincerely appreciated. A 20% gratuity is recommended for any service rendered.
